We believe that the service Eridon Events can provide should be exclusive to your needs, so we don't have set suppliers or venues, or therefore, set fees

At our free consultation, we find out what you are looking for, discuss where you want support and present a plan tailored specifically for you and for an appropriate price

We categorise our areas of assistance as follows:
  • Account Management –prepare and maintain the event budget and advise on payments
  • Selection of venues
  • Invitation Management –help in selection of stationary, send out invitations and manage responses
  • Supplier Selection – source suitable suppliers for the flowers, transport, gifts, entertainment, insurance, photographer, decorations
  • Guest Assistance – act as point of contact for guest information, directions, hotels and transport
  • Management  – confirmation of bookings and preparations, managing any arising issues  
  • Event Day Co-ordination –making sure all is in place beforehand, during the event
  • After the event supports

When we get directly involved in supplier selection we will do the hard work of making sure the best service is provided for the best price and we pass on all discounts received to you


Nothing is too small and whilst we might take a deep breath if you request The Albert Hall as the event venue, we're confident we can meet your requests.

Event 1- Golf Day for 43 delegates

  • Golf course and tee times booked
  • Arrival drinks and breakfast
  • Registration of golfers
  • 2 course lunch
  • Golf competition with prizes
  • Presentation of golf prices
  • Overseeing setup of the event and 6 hours site support

Price - £160.00


Event 2- Christmas party for 85 delegates

  • Arrangement of venue, private function
  • Three course meal with reception drinks
  • Quiz on table
  • DJ
  • Arrangement of B&B for delegates
  • Guest Assistance – act as point of contact for guest information, directions, hotels and transport
  • Overseeing setup of the event and 4 hours site support

Price - £235.00

Event 3- Conference meeting for 2,000 delegates

  • Arrangement of the venue
  • Equipement hire and set up of the room
  • Transport to the venue for customer sites- coach
  • Tea's and coffee throughout the day
  • Buffet lunch for all delegates
